Bupa Insurance to acquire CS Healthcare.

Bupa Insurance, an insurance brokerage firm, agreed to acquire CS Healthcare, a health insurance services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re very pleased that CS Healthcare has chosen Bupa to care for its members into the future.
