Biffar, a German manufacturer of entrance doors for apartments and villas, completed the acquisition of LÖFFELFENSTER, a manufacturer of windows and facades. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the combination of the two regional family businesses, common synergies can be leveraged for a further successful future in the Palatinate/Rhine-Neckar region and beyond.
