The Friedkin Group completed the acquisition of an 87% stake in AS Roma for $700m.

The Friedkin Group, a privately-held consortium of businesses, completed the acquisition of an 86.5% stake in AS Roma, an Italian football club, for $700m. After the completion of the transaction The Friedkin Group will launch a tender offer for the remaining 13.4% stake.
