Private equity firm Direct Capital and ACC, a company providing accident insurance scheme, completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in Mondiale, New Zealand’s privately-owned freight forwarder. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The company is excited about continuing its track record of growth by continuing to help its growing New Zealand customers, and expanding its international customer base, especially in Australia and Asia," Ray Meade, Mondiale CEO.
