TouchBistro completed the acquisition of TableUp.

TouchBistro, a Toronto-based software company that develops a restaurant point of sale system, completed the acquisition of TableUp, a provider of loyalty and marketing solutions for the restaurant industry. Financial terms were not disclosed.
