Nolato completed the acquisition of GW Plastics for $230m.

Nolato, a solutions provider of polymer products, completed the acquisition of GW Plastics, a provider of plastics and silicones molding for every industry, including healthcare, automotive and filtration, for $230m. "This acquisition provides us with significant volumes and a strong position on the key North American continent. It supports relationships with existing customers, while also creating additional opportunities for growth and expanding our customer base," Christer Wahlquist, Nolato President and CEO.
