Synopsis

Banmedica, a Chilean private health insurance company, agreed to acquire HDI Seguros de Vida, a Chilean life insurance firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The purchase of HDI Seguros de Vida was carried out by Banmédica'a subsidiary Banmédica Internacional.
