CCL Industries completed the acquisition of Graphic West for $36m.

CCL Industries, a producer of impact extruded aluminium aerosol cans and bottles for consumer packaged goods, completed the acquisition of Graphic West International, an international supplier of converting and gluing equipment to the box carton industry, for $36m. “In late 2015, CCL made a successful greenfield investment in short-run, digitally printed cartons at our Montreal plant in Canada, exclusively targeted at pharmaceutical customers.
