ClearCourse Partnership completed the acquisition of Practice Point.

ClearCourse Partnership, a group of innovative technology companies providing useful, integrated solutions to the government & NFP, events & booking, lifestyle, sports & leisure, and business services sectors, completed the acquisition of Practice Point, the owner and provider of the Assisi Veterinary Practice Management System. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The team at Practice Point are excited to join the ClearCourse portfolio of companies. Being part of the group will give us access to greater marketing and technical expertise allowing for a rapid development of our product road map.
