CACI completed the acquisition of Ascent Vision Technologies for $352m.

CACI, an American multinational professional services and information technology company, completed the acquisition of Ascent Vision Technologies, a provider of technology and solutions that support multi-domain intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance, unmanned aircraft system, air defence, and counter-unmanned aircraft system operations, for $352m.
