Renovus Capital Partners and David Gulian completed the acquisition of Futura Mobility.

Renovus Capital Partners, a Philadelphia area private equity firm, and David Gulian, Futura Mobility CEO, completed the acquisition of Futura Mobility, a full-service mobile solution provider to healthcare and commercial clients. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We look forward to partnering with a management team that has deep industry expertise in the growing healthcare IT and SAP markets.
