Financiere Agache to acquire a 27% stake in Lagardere Capital & Management.

Financiere Agache, a holding company controlled by Groupe Arnault, completed the acquisition of a 27% stake in Lagardere Capital & Management, a holding firm of Lagardere. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This investment gives tangible form to the long-standing relationship between our two families and shows our commitment to the integrity of the Lagardère group based on its two priority areas, Lagardère Publishing and Lagardère Travel Retail,” Bernard Arnault.
