MCH Private Equity completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Molecor.

MCH Private Equity, a mid-market focused private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Molecor, a manufacturer of molecular oriented PVC pipes. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this transaction, MCH foresees the consolidation of a unique technology for the development of infrastructure and water transport, both in the development of new pipelines and in the renewal of obsolete networks.
