Embracer Group completed the acquisition of 4A Games for $36m.

Embracer Group, a parent company of businesses developing and publishing PC and console games, completed the acquisition of 4A Games, an independent AAA PC and Console developer, for $36m. The upfront purchase price amounts to approximately $36m on a cash and debt-free basis and is paid in cash and in newly issued B shares, plus an earn-out consideration, subject to fulfillment of agreed milestones, of a maximum of $35m.
