Embracer Group to acquire Deca Live Operations for $30m.

Embracer Group, a Swedish video game holding company, agreed to acquire Deca Live Operations, a publisher and developer of video games that is headquartered in Berlin, for $30m.The upfront purchase price amounts to approximately $30m and is paid in newly issued B shares, plus an earn-out consideration, subject to fulfilment of agreed earnings targets, of a maximum of approximately $73m.
