HIG Capital-backed Meyra Group, a designer, manufacturer and seller of active, e-powered, comfort, manual and pediatric wheelchairs and orthopedics, completed the acquisition of TA Service, a producer of high-end power wheelchairs. Financial terms were not disclosed.
