RiverGlade Capital completed the acquisition of Longhorn Health Solutions from Satori Capital.

RiverGlade Capital, a healthcare services-focused private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Longhorn Health Solutions, a leading provider of care management solutions, from Satori Capital, a multi-strategy investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Guidon Partners, a hands-on partnership of former leaders of healthcare organizations, made a minority investment in the transaction. Upstream Capital, a private equity firm with a focus on investing in healthcare companies, also participated in the transaction.
