Epic Wines & Spirits to acquire Vehrs Distributing.

Epic Wines & Spirits, a full-service premium spirits wholesaler, agreed to acquire Vehrs Distributing, an independently owned wholesaler of premium wine and craft spirits. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Recent industry consolidation has opened up a significant gap in the middle space for producers and distributors.
