Genesis Growth completed the acquisition a majority stake in Home Care Promedica.

Genesis Growth, a private equity firm focusing on investments into small and mid-size growth companies primarily in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, completed the acquisition a majority stake in Home Care Promedica, a provider of home health care services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
