Ventient Energy completed the acquisition of Iberwind from CK Infrastructure and Power Assets.

Ventient Energy, and independent power producer of onshore wind energy, completed the acquisition of Iberwind, a Portuguese wind farm operator, from Power Assets, a subsidiary of CK Infrastructure, a publicly listed infrastructure company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Iberwind is one of Portugal’s leading wind energy companies, and a clear strategic fit with our existing business across Europe.
