Private equity firm Laurel Oak Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Roadrunner Temperature Controlled, the cold chain transportation solutions provider of Roadrunner Transportation Systems, an asset-light transportation and supply chain solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With the actions announced today, we have completed our evolution from a troubled roll-up to a focused, national LTL carrier.
