Van Lanschot Kempen to acquire Hof Hoorneman.

Van Lanschot Kempen, a provider of private and merchant banking, asset management, and other financial services, to acquire Hof Hoorneman, an investment management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very enthusiastic about this acquisition, which fits perfectly into our growth strategy.
