Change Healthcare to acquire Nucleus.io from Nucleus Health.

Change Healthcare, an independent healthcare technology company, agreed to acquire Nucleus.io, a provider of advanced, fully enabled, cloud-native imaging and workflow technology, from Nucleus Health, a provider of cloud-based image technology and teleradiology solutions.
