Elkear Group and Lars Bay-Smidt to acquire a minority stake in Plantas Group from Honore family.

Elkear Group, a family-owned group of investment companies, and Lars Bay-Smidt agreed to acquire a minority stake in Plantas Group, a wholesaler of plants and flowers, from Honoré family. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Honore family has owned and operated Plantas since 2006, and through this transaction, the group aims to strengthen the ownership structure to ensure future growth, new business opportunities and management succession.
