Cowater completed the acquisition of Transtec from CIVIPOL.

Cowater, a global international development consultancy, completed the acquisition of Transtec, a Belgian development consulting company, from CIVIPOL, the technical cooperation operator of the French Ministry of Interior. Financial terms were not disclosed.
