Fremtind Forsikring, an insurance company, completed the acquisition of Fjellinjen Utsteder, an auto-pass issuer company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are satisfied with the sale and happy that the buyer is a solid and innovative player who will take care of toll collection and customers in a good way. The sale is an important step for Fjellinjen's fulfillment of the toll reform and the focus on efficient and customer-friendly toll collection is continued," Janne Oddaker, Fjellinjen CEO.
