IFFCO completed the acquisition of 3F Fuji Foods from Fuji Oil Group.

IFFCO has successfully acquired 3F Fuji Foods, India, from Fuji Oil Group, a Japanese company specialized in vegetable oils and fats, industrial chocolate and emulsified products, and their Indian partner 3F Industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. 3F Fuji Foods is located in Hyderabad, and specializes in manufacturing & distributing a range of cream products (whipping & cooking creams, soft ice cream mixes etc.) across India. For IFFCO, this new acquisition strengthens its position in the creams category by creating a platform of opportunity & growth in one of the world’s largest markets. The name of the acquired company will be changed to Pristine Ingredients.
