India Equity Partners to acquire Schoolnet India from IL&FS for $93m.

India Equity Partners, a Mumbai-based private equity fund, agreed to acquire Schoolnet India, a vocational training company providing large scale training and learning services at affordable price points, from IL&FS, an Indian infrastructure development and finance company, for $93m. India Equity Partners would service the entire debt owed by Schoolnet and would pay small equity to parent IL&FS.
