Private investment manager Harwood Capital agreed to acquire HML Holdings, a residential property management and related services provider, for £19m. HML's directors, who own 4.1m shares, or a roughly 8.87% stake in the company, have irrevocably agreed to vote in favor of the transaction and recommended that shareholders do the same.
