QT Vascular to acquire Tengri Coal and Energy for $730m.

QT Vascular, a Singapore-based company engaged in the designing, assembly and distribution of therapeutic solutions, to acquire Tengri Coal and Energy, a company focused on development of coal deposits, construction of a power plant and petrochemical plant, for $730m. The deal is expected to result in a reverse takeover of QTV. The acquisition provides an opportunity for QTV to venture into a new business area in the coal and energy industry in Mongolia, which has potential for growth and significant potential upside.
