Investment companies Hg Capital, GIC and CPPIB, TPG and Warburg Pincus to acquire the remaining stake in Visma, a European supplier of business-critical software, from Montagu, a European private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are proud to have joined and supported Visma’s management team over the past decade in their impressive growth journey. Since our initial investment, the company has expanded to become one of the most successful software businesses in Europe.
