DBAG to invest in cognatec at a $136m valuation.

Deutsche Beteiligungs, a listed private equity company, agreed to invest in cognatec, a provider of computer modules for industrial applications, at a $136m valuation. "With DBAG, we have found a partner for our company’s further development who is deeply familiar with our customers’ key target markets, and who brings financing competence and M&A expertise to the table.
