Digital Edge and Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners formed a joint venture in a $1bn deal.

Digital Edge, a data center company, and Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners, an infrastructure-focused private equity firm, formed a joint venture with a focus on acquiring and developing carrier-neutral data centers and related digital infrastructure assets across the Asia Pacific region, in a $1bn deal.
