Blue Equity completed the acquisition of a minority stake in DTK Group.

Blue Equity, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a 40% stake in DTK Group, freight forwarding and logistics provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. The addition of Blue Equity as a shareholder in DTK Group will add to the continued development in existing business areas, strengthen organisational and digital competencies, increase investment in new business areas and partnerships, and thus accelerate growth.
