Sulzer to acquire Haselmeier for $118m.

Sulzer, a Swiss industrial engineering and manufacturing firm, agreed to acquire Haselmeier, a privately held drug delivery device developer and manufacturer, for $118m. “We are excited to welcome the Haselmeier team into the APS family.
