Delta Galil, a manufacturer and marketer of branded and private label apparel products for men, women and children, agreed to acquire Bare Necessities, an American lingerie, swimwear, and loungewear online retailer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This transaction reflects our strategic growth objective to diversify our distribution channels.
