Xero to acquire Waddle for $57m.

Xero, an accounting software company, agreed to acquire Waddle, a cloud-based invoice lending platform, for $57m. "The acquisition of Waddle is an important step in our strategy to help small businesses better manage cash flow and gain access to working capital," Steve Vamos, Xero CEO.
