Change Healthcare completed the acquisition of PROMETHEUS Analytics from Altarum.

Change Healthcare, a provider of revenue and payment cycle management and clinical information exchange solutions, completed the acquisition of PROMETHEUS Analytics, reimbursement approach based on medical episodes of care, used by payer-provider collaborations nationwide, from Altarum, non-profit research and consulting organization. Financial terms were not disclosed.
