Rosens Diversified completed the acquisition of Collagen Solutions for $40m.

Rosens Diversified, a food production, agrichemical and distribution company, completed the acquisition of Collagen Solutions, a global supplier, developer, and manufacturer of medical grade collagen, tissues, and other biomaterials, for $40m.
