Corsearch completed the acquisition of TrademarkNow.

Corsearch, a provider of clearance and protection solutions, completed the acquisition of TrademarkNow, a Legal Tech company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition extends Corsearch’s trademark search and watch capabilities and further increases its global footprint.
