Belfont Hotels, a joint venture owned by the Thakerar and Dhamecha families, completed the acquisition of Cosmopolitan Hotel from Peel Hotels, the UK hotels manager. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to have secured such a diverse hotel as The Cosmopolitan.
