Uniserver completed the acquisition of Denit for $24m.

Uniserver, a Dutch cloud distributor completed the acquisition of the industry peer Denit, for $24m. Investmente firm Main Capital will also sell its majority stake. “The acquisition of Denit is in line with our goal of becoming the 'Liander of Dutch cloud services'.
