Tech Data, an American multinational distribution company specializing in IT products and services, completed the acquisition of Innovix Distribution, a member of Fortune Global 500-listed Jardine Matheson Group and a technology distributor in Asia, from Jardine Pacific, a holding company. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close during the third quarter of Tech Data’s fiscal year 2021.
