Harris completed the acquisition of Everwin for $21.6m.

Harris Computer, a global vertical market software provider and acquirer, completed the acquisition of Everwin, which offers CRM, ERP, and collaborative software to small and medium-size service companies, for $21.6m. “Everwin has grown strategically around a regional focus to become leaders in this segment, which adds a unique expertise as well as powerful and proven software to our organization. Everwin is Harris' first business headquartered in France," Harris Senior Executive Vice President, Nick Nardi.
