Laborie Medical, a diagnostic and therapeutic medical technology company and Signet Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of GI Supply, a supplier of endoscopy and paracentesis products for gastroenterologists, colorectal surgeons, and interventional radiologists.
