Ironbridge Equity Partners completed the acquisition of GNI Management Group from Mill Street.

Ironbridge Equity Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of GNI Management Group, a provider of insulation services, from Mill Street, a diversified North American management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This transaction marks a significant milestone for GNI to build on its market leading position.
