Bow River Capital completed the acquisition of Modus from Titan Grove.

Bow River Capital, a private equity firm based in Denver, completed the acquisition of Modus, a 5G infrastructure services company, from Titan Grove, a private holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Smart cities, industrial automation, autonomous vehicles, and the evolution of connectivity and communication all depend upon a densified next generation wireless network.
