MRI Software completed the acquisition of Priority’s RentPayment business for $180m.

MRI Software, a real estate software solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Priority Technology Holdings’s RentPayment business for $180m. “I am thrilled to welcome the pioneering RentPayment solution and team, which bring more than two decades of deep payments expertise and success to the MRI family.
