EnviroServe completed the acquisition of Bodine and WEG Environmental businesses from Univar Solutions.

EnviroServe, a waste management company, completed the acquisition of Bodine and WEG Environmental businesses, two waste management firms, from Univar Solutions, which distributes industrial and specialty chemical products. Financial terms were not disclosed.
