Trive Capital completed the acquisition of Valor Healthcare from Concentra for £52m.

Trive Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Valor Healthcare, outpatient clinics, from Concentra, a provider of health care services, for £52m ($69m). “Trive firmly believes in Valor Healthcare’s mission, vision and future potential.
